Sheboygan County Connect 920-476-7137             

Cost is $3-$7 one-way based on distance from home, double the fee for round trips.  Rides should be booked at least two (2) days in advance.

Transportation needs of Seniors, Veterans, and Disabled Adults in rural Sheboygan County – to:

-Grocery Store    – Food pantry    – Pharmacy    – Medical appointment    –   Bank

-Senior center    – Hair salong/barber shop

Riders must be:

*A Senior, a Veteran, or a Disabled Adult

*Living in a rural area of Sheboygan County

*Able to get in and out of a mini-van independently

*Able to complete shoppring within the allotted time slot (60 or 90 min)

*Able to carry their own groceries
